Privacy Policy

    Our Commitment to Privacy

At Dotful, we believe your relationship with time is personal. We're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information.

    Information We Collect

Dotful is designed to be as privacy-friendly as possible:

    • We do not require you to create an account
    • We do not collect personal identifying information
    • Any preferences you set are stored locally on your device only
    • We use anonymous, privacy-respecting analytics (TelemetryDeck) — aggregate usage signals only, never your dots, birthday, or any personal data

    How We Use Information

The minimal information we collect is used solely to provide you with the best possible experience with Dotful. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

    Data Storage

All personalization data (such as birthday and theme preferences) is stored locally on your device. This means your data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to back it up through your device's built-in backup systems (iCloud, Google Backup, etc.).

    Third-Party Services

Dotful does not integrate with any third-party advertising services. For analytics we use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-respecting service that collects only anonymous, aggregate usage signals (such as “a screen was opened”) — no advertising identifier, no personal data, and nothing that can be linked back to you. These analytics are on by default and are never used to track you across apps or websites.

    Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
